UPCOMING CLASSES
I facilitate Improvisation Classes each month either for the public or for a particular organisation from ages 18+. These classes include theatre games, creative exercises , movement, fun, well being, confidence building, deep listening, sounding, connecting to others, finding parts of oneself you didn't know you had...and did I say fun?
I'm also available to do personal one-on-one consultations to help you present the best of yourself, assist you in building your confidence and self assuredness. I have worked with folks who often found oneself under stress when applying for job interviews, appearing in court and the like. Recently, I assisted the UK representative for an international sommelier competition with his presentation. Please contact me and we can discuss how I can help you.
If anyone is interested in signing up as a group for the improv, that is a group of friends or business etc, please feel free to reach out to me.
Class fee is £20 no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please contact me if you are interested in any of my classes.

This was a wonderful class held at The Lyric Theatre in Bridport owned by performer/director Niki McCretton and performer/manager Jenny Harrold. Seventeen people attended.
Some were actors and improvisers and others were trying it out for the first time. Everyone did just great! We did a series of theatre games and had fun interacting and sharing the space.
The experience at the Theatre as the Teacher /Facilitator was very heartwarming to know that theatre is alive and well, thanks to Niki and Jenny, and all who attended.

A Brand New Day
This is a song I wrote a few years ago. It is a special song to me as I sang it for Lynn Stalmaster's 80th birthday and for a dear friend's daughter's wedding. The lyrics were changed to fit the occasion.
The other special thing to me about it is the actual "sounds" I feel take one to a deeper place and frequency ... my offering is to "be" that sound and share the vibration of "source"...and hopefully lift hearts... thank you for listening.
